Call to order Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by club president, Diane Wagner. Twelve members were present.
Welcome new member/guests Dauna Perry introduced her friend Lottie Kinney who became a new member of TOTHG. Welcome Lottie.
Correspondence Change in Stanwood YRE start point: Burger King/Valero Gas station 26712 72nd Ave NW. From I-5 Exit #212 (SR532) West 4.2miles to Stanwood Left on 72nd Ave NW. Immediately turn into parking lot – walk box with Valero cashier.

Treasurer’s Report Ken Greiser, treasurer, reported that the checkbook balance is $2,379.41. Still no bill has been received from the Steilacoom School District as of May 25.

Membership Marianne Bastin reported that the club membership is 48. She is now accepting dues for the 7/2010 – 7/1011 year. ($5.00 per person or $10.00 per family) Also, an updated roster is being prepared to send out to membership at the end of July. Please notify Marianne of any changes to your information.
Sales Alicia Maxcy has record books and club polo shirts for sale.
Sickness/Sympathy Joan Grieser received no reports in this area.
ESVA meeting July 24 in Renton. The new officers will officiate at this meeting.
Old Business
NW Trek event is set for June 5. Marilyn Viola is in charge. Please contact her for a work assignment. or 253-864-7443. Weight Watchers is encouraging members to walk a 5k event. There may be some members at the event. NW Regional Director Korff was invited to attend the event on June 5, but he was unable to commit.
Break for drawing $13.00 was collected. Marianne Bastin won $6.50 and $6.50 went to the club.
New Business
Sanctions for YRE’s open June 1 A motion was made, seconded and passed to continue to sanction the following YRE’s: Auburn/White River, Dupont-Boyhood Memories, Dupont-Historical, Juneau, Kent-City, Kent-Green River Trail, Kent-Lake Fenwick, and Maple Valley. Also to sanction the new SeaTac YRE.
Sanctions for regular events Motion was made, seconded and passed to sanction the Dupont Event and the NW Trek event.
Group walk and picnic Date, time and location to be decided at a June meeting. Probably will be the Maple Valley YRE or Auburn YRE depending what the picnic space charges are.
Good of the Order A suggestion was made to note prominently on the donation jars at the NW Trek Event that donations are for NW Trek.
