Old Business
NW Trek was a success. Thanks to everyone for their help. The new start location outside the entrance was a plus for drawing attention to Volkssporting. The club sold 18 New Walker Packets.
Break for drawing – no drawing was held.
New Business
The 2010 YRE/Seasonals have been renewed. The Griesers and Chuck Garrison are working on another YRE with the start at Auburn QFC. The sanction request will probably be in by the next meeting.
November event Members like the idea of having this event. It would be a good idea to set a budget for the start location before sanction request is submitted.
Summer picnic Will be held in August. Group will do the Maple Valley YRE share a picnic. Date and time to be announced later.
Good of the Order Looking forward to 2010. Gorge events will be held on Father’s Day weekend. Regional Conference will be held in Alaska.
Adjournment Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Marianne Bastin, secretary
