Old Business
Dupont – Volunteers made it happen! Thanks to our volunteers the event went well even if the weather didn’t. Dean and Marion Pucket came down from Sedro-Woolley with their fifth wheel and worked the checkpoint all day. Without the trail markers, trail checkers and workers the day of the event the events wouldn’t happen.
Ken Grieser reported the after action as follows:
210 walkers, 7 bikes
Money collected $631.00
Costs 965.00 (included port-a-potties – $230, janitor – $297)
( $334.00)
NW Trek – NW Trek is looking forward to TOTHG event in June. The signup sheet for workers is being circulated.
Break for drawing – $18.00 was collected. Joan Grieser won $9.00. $9.00 went to the club.
