COMMENT:
Club meeting time. Our Club Meetings have always been held on and will continue to be held on the fourth Wednesday of the month. During the year there are several months were there are five Wednesdays. This happened this May which caused some confusion. Some members were under the impression that our meetings were held on the last wednesday of the month. Please mark your calendar ahead of time.
Email’s are sent to all members who have email address as a reminder of the meeting. The telephone committee will also call those members who do not have an email address.
Our next club meeting will be Wednesday, June 26th. This is also our Pizza Party for all club members who have worked at least one event or given their time to assist in a club function. Plan on comming a little early as we will be serving Pizza around 6:45pm
