Old Business

Thank you all for your help and moral support for the National Trails Day event.

Hudson Bay Days event is set for August 18, 2019.  Five and 10k routes are together for most of the route.  The 5k is really 6k!  Workers list is available.

New Business

New Year Round events         Kaki Kesterson has been working on walks in the Kent area.  Two are very close to being ready to go.  There’s a Historical route with 3 loops and the Interurban Trail with multiple distance choices. She also has another walk in mind and passed out maps for members to try.  Meet up groups will have to wait until the walks are officially sanctioned but the walks can be done for exercise before that happens.  We have until September 1 to sanction.

Christmas Party          Motion was made, seconded and passed to have the Christmas Party on Dec. 11, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Round Table Pizza (subject to change if the room is not available then).

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.

7-24     The Over the Hill Meeting, 6:30 p.m.

8-18     DuPont Hudson Bay Days events

Respectfully submitted,

Marianne Bastin, secretary
