Minutes of the May 23, 2018 meeting
Round Table Pizza, 34410 – 15th Ave Ct., Federal Way, WA, 6:30 p.m.
Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by club president, Diane Wagner. Eight club members and 1 guest were present.
Correspondence A note was received from Shirley and Don Lindberg. They have relocated to Post Falls, ID and sadly will not be renewing their membership in TOTHG.
Milestones Shirley Lindberg – 40,000k
Carolyn Warhol – 22,000k and completion of the 401k program
Treasurer’s report Checkbook balance was reported. There is money to deposit from YREs.
Minutes of the April 25, 2018 meeting Motion was made, seconded and passed to accept the minutes as submitted by the secretary.

Membership – Marianne Bastin reported that there are 24 members and club dues may be paid now.
AVA The American Wanderer surpassed their goal for the Big Give. Over $73,000 has been raised. A new manner of fund raising will be used next year.
ESVA The annual meeting was held April 28 in Battle Ground. The Officers were elected by acclamation: Pres – Sharon Moats, V Pres – Joe Blazek, Secretary – Holly Spaulding and Treasurer – Cathy Greutert.
Dorman Batson was recognized for his years as Area Co-coordinator. He is retiring from that position.
Eleanor Borgardts was recognized for her years as Editor of the NW Pathfinder.
The next meeting will be in Carnation as part of the Halloween walk in October.
Break for drawing $10.00 was collected. Paul Bastin won $5.00 and $5.00 went to the club.
Old Business
DuPont National Trails Day walk on June 2, 2018. Workers are needed to help mark trail on Friday, June 1 at 9 a.m. Walk begins outside City Hall where tables and chairs will be provided.
Hudson’s Bay Days event, August 19 The worker’s list will be at the June 27 meeting. The start of the walk will be at Clock Tower Park.
