A short business meeting was held after the Christmas Lunch.

The AVA Special Challenge for 2018, 401k, begins January 1, 2018. Let Diane Wagner know if interested and she will provide information.

We will have brand new stamps/handles for 2018 year-round events.

New information on the benefits of AVA: America’s walking club is available, if interested.

The BC Volkssport association has extended an invitation for their annual meeting in April on Vancouver Island.

Motion was made, seconded and passed to accept the minutes of the October 23, 2017 meeting with the following corrections: Under New Business (first bullet point) the sentence should read-
Dennis Standridge from the Spokane area, is the new Deputy Regional Director. He is a long time volkssporter and is excited and honored to start this position.

Motion was made, seconded and passed to donate $300.00 from the club treasury to the Puyallup Food Bank to accompany the Christmas donations of individual members.

Motion was made, seconded and passed that the club will pay for the Christmas lunch enjoyed by members at this meeting.
