Old Business
Christmas Party The club Christmas party will be at the home of Alicia Maxcy on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. Members are encouraged to bring donations (food items, money or small containers of TP, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) for the Federal Way Food Bank. The club will provide ham. The rest of the menu will be potluck. Call Joan Grieser for suggestions that will fill out the menu. Bring your own beverage.
Weyerhaeuser The club’s request for a year-round- event on the Weyerhaeuser campus was refused. Thanks to Joan Grieser for her hard work on this project.
DuPont The Evergreen Wanderers asked TOTHG to share an event the 4th weekend of Sept. 2013. No fees would be involved; porta potties and publicity would be provided. Questions about our start point in 2012 and if we would have two events in DuPont in 2013 (March and fall) were brought up. Decisions to be made at a later date.
NW Trek TOTHG will host the first event on 8-16-12 (Thursday) as part of the NW Regional Conference. The trail will probably be new, perhaps more strenuous than in the past. Our club will pay the sanction fee but will get all revenue generated by the event.
Club storage unit The storage unit is paid until November 29. Ken Grieser will take the contents out and to Diane Wagner’s home before the above date to eliminate any more fees.
Break for drawing $12.00 was collected; Alicia Maxcy was the winner of $6.00. $6.00 went to the club.
